This warehouse floor was originally installed in 2021 and had been maintained with two applications of concrete sealer. Over time, the owner decided it was time for a more permanent solution that improved slip resistance while standing up to the demands of a busy warehouse environment. The existing sealer was removed through mechanical grinding before the new floor coating was installed, creating a clean, durable surface that’s better suited for daily operations.
